I wanted to improve my physical health so I decided to go to gym and workout as suggested by the trainer. This experience was conducted from 25 october 2019 to 10 February 2020. Some LOs I covered during this experience are:

LO 2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process – I was hard for me to do this experience as I had never done gyming in my life before. But after regularly going to the gym and working out in the guidance of the trainer it helped me to develop my physical strength.

LO 3: Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience – I had to find this CAS activity on my own as I had to develop and build my physical strength, there are also many different activities were physical strength could be developed but I choose this specific activity as I thought this to help me the most. There are many gym in m city but I thought to do my activity in my society gym as there is already a helper who is the trainer who guides everyone and it would be free of cost.

LO 4: Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences – I showed commitment towards this activity as I was regular at attending the workout sessions and I almost never missed any sessions. Also due to the lockdown the gym was closed but even then I managed to do the activity on my own at my home by taking some guidance from the trainer.

After I completed the activity I feel that my physical health and strength has improve. Overall I enjoyed doing this experience and I think it helped me a lot in developing my skill at gyming.
