Cycling

My friends and I have always been cycling for couple of reasons, be it hangout be it health be it stress buster.

LO1. Identify own strengths and develop areas for growth
Talking about strengths in cycling is just our endurance which I already possess. my friends and i can go long, 20-25 kms is our distance covered. These 20 kms are not at all painful or boring, my friends and I have plenty of things to laugh at, discuss and debate which runs time.

LO5. Demonstrate the skills and recognize the benefits of working collaboratively
The benefits are countless for this activity, my friends and I get more time to spend with each other, we stay connected. Nonetheless, we also strengthen our bonds and we get to stay fit and healthy. As we cycled in the night times, I had to shift my dinner time a bit early which was good for my digestive system.

LO4. Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences
there were days where we did not show up for cycling for certain reasons but the other day was then a compulsion for us. We all did have body pain due to cycling but we did make sure we cycled 5 times a week.
