I am learning how to code in Python programming language and how it is used in the finance field. I started doing this course on udemy because I wanted to learn a programming language and get to know how is it used in real-life. I also have a career inclination towards the finance field, so doing this course may help me in the future.

LO1 – Identify your own strengths and develop areas for growth:

While doing this course, I got to know about the aspects of programming I’m good at because I already knew the basics of python and understood the things I needed to work upon. Also, later in the course, I identified that I was comfortable with the finance concepts taught.

LO2 – Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process:

As I was doing the course, I realized that learning python wasn’t very difficult for me, but applying it in financial concepts was a challenge for me. But, as I kept on doing the course, I got better at it and developed new skills.

LO4 – Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences:

When I started doing this course, I had a lot of academic work as well, so it was difficult for me to plan and manage my time. But I showed perseverance and kept on doing the course along with the academics.
