I organized a fifa tournament along with 3 other friends as our CAS project. We decided to organise a fifa tournament because we knew that people will pay to compete in tournaments such as this. To invite even more people we had set a money reward for the winner of the tournament and the runner up. Our motive for this tournament was to earn money so that we can donate it further to benefit society. The learner objectives that I demonstrated during this project are-

LO5- Demonstrate the skills and benefits of working collaboratively:       Since we were working in a group, we delegated our tasks so that they can be done efficiently and as quick as possible. Working collaboratively also made our job to manage the whole event easier and helped us complete the tournament without any problems.

LO6- Engagement with issues of global significance:                                        We made around 2000 rupees as our profit from the tournament and we donated it to a relief fund for Beirut. We as a group thought that we should do something to help the people who are suffering in Beirut because of the blast and we were very happy that we were able to do our part.

LO7- Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions:                   During this tournament, we needed to make sure that we do not overcharge the competitors and keep our profit margins reasonable. We also made sure that the donation we will be doing actually makes a difference.
