Workout is necessary for us to stay fit. Pre-covid I used to regularly go to the gym to stay fit. I used to go to the gym 6 days a week and took a break on sundays. 

LO1- I decided to go to the gym to improve my overall body fitness and strength. Although my main focus was my legs so that it helps me run faster and jump higher.

LO2- The most challenging task for me was to take out time for going to the gym. The school hours are pretty long and aside from that I also had to go to classes for SAT preparation and complete school assignments too. 

LO3- I didn’t hire a personal trainer for myself. Instead I did some research and made my own workout plans and diet plans.
