Gym Training

I have been going to the gym for my personal fitness and well-being. I train regularly with a Gym Trainer, Mr.Vijaybhai Patel

 

LO1 Identify your own strengths and develop areas for personal growth.

I embarked on a journey of self-improvement through the gym. I understood that there are things like stamina and strength which I need to work on my overall fitness and physical abilities.

LO2 Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.

I was very new to the gym and by going regularly to the gym I learned how to use the machinery and the equipment to train. I also worked on my stamina and my overall strength by working on my legs and other parts of my body.

LO4 Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences.

I have gone to the gym for a continuous period of six months,1 hour everyday/7 days a week
