CAS Project

I and my friends were there in this project and this was about changing the old clothes that we collected from our wardrobe and then we decided to change them into clothes with different design and look. We discuss this in face time and we also keep an update of each other work in process. I took three clothes of my own and then I started to change them and first I took a polo shirt and I started using paper tape to make a design and then I painted the area within the paper tape with black color and also there learning outcomes that I met were L1, L2L3, and L7.

LO1 : Identify their own strengths and develop areas for growth
I like to give children clothes and make them happy and I look like doing creative things and I developed my creativity by using different ideas for the clothes as painting, bleaching, and cutting. But in order to be a good painter, I have to focus on the thing that I am painting and I struggle doing painting as I was not able to focus but I still figure out how to focus and I did the painting very well and I was so happy to do it.

LO2: Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process
I have gone through many challenges while developing the focus like I get very tired sitting on the ground for so many hours. I take a lot of energy which makes me feel very much exhausted. Sometimes I didn’t get time in the day due to the submission which affected my working schedule.

LO3: Demonstrate how to initiate and plan a CAS experience
Considering the fact that doing this as a cas project was not easy for me as I was not willing to give my free time for the project but afterward, I realized that I need to organize my self so I told my friends to have my back and check up on me to remind me that I have a job to do and that made me organized and also due to this I learned how to communicate in different circumstances and assuring them that I will do my job.

LO7: Recognize and consider the ethics of choices and actions
I wanted to give clothes to the NGOs but due to the coronavirus situation we were not allowed to do that so got very angry and then I thought not to take part in this project and I was feeling bad also to put the team in a bad position.
