For the instructional 12 months of June 2019 to May 2020, I decided to research a new sport of Table tennis in which I gave 45 mins for three days every week as we had our sports slots of 45 mins for 2 days in a single cycle. I decided to study this game in school because the school has proper schooling equipment starting from computerized machines and a couple of tables in a single room with many forms of rackets to select from.
While learning to play the sport I realized that I was better at playing a forehand stroke than a backhand stroke, so that’s why My trainer recommended me to use the automatic machine to exercise the backhand shot. Which helped me plenty and I changed into able to ideal it to some extent. While learning to play the sport I realized that I became better at playing a forehand stroke than a backhand stroke.
I faced many challenges in the course of the adventure of playing Table Tennis. One of the important challenges turned into to manage as much as the level at which my buddies had been playing. They were more skilled than me at the game and it become quite easy for them to conquer me at friendly matches. I understood their playing style and understood some of the weak factors which I ought to use to crack their protection. Through this, I advanced upon my observation skills and utilized them to modify my table tennis skills according to my opponent which changed into useful for playing matches.
I needed to remain devoted in the direction of getting to know and enhancing in the game to make my development be visible to others and being consistent in improving at the sport.
This sport has overall made me learn new things and also improved some of the skills,the activity has also helped me to improve the bond with my friends and allowed us to spend some fun time with each other. I really enjoyed playing the sport and I will deliberately continue this sport in future.
