A farewell is a school event organized every year by Grade 11 students. This event is held for the Grade 12 students graduating that year. My grade and I had to organize this for our seniors (class of 2020). This experience helped me develop LO1 and LO5.

LO1:

I was assigned to write out the invitations due to my good handwriting. While writing the invites I got to try various calligraphy fonts and realized that I had a skill in that area and continued to work towards that. I really would not have done that if it had not been for this experience.

LO5:

I was working alongside various classmates of mine and there were occasional arguments when it came to the decor. Nevertheless, it taught me how to negotiate well with people to create a win-win situation.
