Hence I decided to go to the gym.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LO3:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I did hire a personal trainer and did most of the research on my own and received some help from my friends who accompanied me to the gym. Initially I had trouble with the timing because I also needed to focus on academics and physical health but by making a timetable I was able to overcome this problem. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LO4:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In order to make a difference in my health I had to be consistent with the activity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LO7:-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery columns-0 is-cropped wp-block-gallery-1 is-layout-flex wp-block-gallery-is-layout-flex\"><ul class=\"blocks-gallery-grid\"><\/ul><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I decided to do this activity on my own because when I will go out of India I still have to maintain my physical and health and can not depend on everyone and have to learn how to be independent.
