Farewell was a student-led event organized in the school itself. I was a part of the decoration team. This CAS experience was completely different as I am not that good at decoration part still it was my best try which I have given to make the event look different.<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-2 Demonstrate that challenges have been undertaken, developing new skills in the process.<\/span><\/p>\n

This CAS experience helped me to learn new skills in the decoration part and how to manage people with different mind-set. I had no prior knowledge about decoration and all but due to my determination and me myself taking up responsibilities for decorating a particular venue. here LO-2 was achieved.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

LO-4 Show commitment to and perseverance in CAS experiences\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The decoration is something that really needs a lot of time for planning as well as the implementation of the plan. Coming early to school for preparing invites and many other things for the farewell. So it was hard to maintain balance many times even I felt to give some excuses and skip early-in but I did not miss any of them.<\/span><\/p>\n

Taking farewell as my CAS experience it really taught me to work collaboratively with people and to be determined for work assigned by the decoration team leaders.\u00c2\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
